Customer Care Executive


 

Experience - 2-5 years

Job location - Jhandewalan, Delhi

Reverting to chats, and emails of the customers.

Resolving customers' queries, service concerns, and complaints while determining the cause of the problem and providing them with the best possible/available solutions, and focusing on customer retention.

Responding to customers' queries and concerns within a defined TAT and providing them with resolutions for the same.

Work closely with members of other teams to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers;

Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication;

Managing all customers efficiently using the in-house Customer Management Tool (CRM);

Follow the customer onboarding journey as per the defined process and suggest improvements basis your experience

Qualifications

Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service skills

Sales skills and experience in driving business

Ability to facilitate training and onboarding for new users

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
